STOP!!!! I know what you're thinking.

You are thinking "Wow Hoppi you are asking about T boosters your T levels must be low that is so sad and soy". lol

But... it's not really like that.

My T levels come up acceptable in tests. My concern though is that... hm. I feel like my body is giving me signs that my T levels are a BIT low relative to where they should be for me personally. Everyone has a different optimal T level.

So... maybe I should take some adaptogenic herbs like ashwagandha or... I dunno. If I improve my overall health I think it will climb too as I do have some health issues.

I just wondered if anyone knows much about this.

Testosterone is highly estrogenic
 
Try being healthy.
 
eat bone broth
 
Sunbathe your testicles and chest, cold showers, fap every 6-7 days, exercise, good sleep and no porn.
 
Huge ginger dose does that too, like 10 to 15 grams daily.
Berberine can also boost T, but its taste is so bitter.

Nigella sativa can boost T too.

You can also take the hormone DHEA that converts to either T or estrogen, depending on your body chemistry so be careful of gyno.
 
Those T boosters are bullshit. Even if they boost a little your T it's not worth the money for amount you will gain. Either natural or steroids unless you want to pay money for something not giving you results but is a promising placebo
 
One thing I will do is double-down on avoiding soy. That should help.

Other than that I'm still not so sure but this thread is providing lots of good ideas I think!
