Quite obviously; they are attracted to one, and not the other, thus projecting the negative traits of things like hostility and a state of being annoying onto the currycel turbomanlet simply for being physically unattractive... 
Thus another reason as to why the "personality" argument is bunk; it is directly influenced by how much you were genetically blessed with attractiveness, and thus foids simply turn their magical personality detectors off when near any mogger.
