Go to gfycat and find gif with sound. Copy url. Come to this forum and press insert media. Paste the url. Edit the height and width of the media to 0 for both. And post it. The media wont show up cause its size is 0x0 aka invisible. But cause its a gif it will autoplay.
The mods disabled the autoplay part tho.
