It’s built to look aesthetic with no regards of proper human anatomy to achieve that, you are supposed to find these characters aesthetically appealing and that doesn’t mean sexually appealing like you are implying; unless you genuinely believe anime women look like real ones and has some form of sexual dimorphism(objectively false).
