Team playing in a corporate environment is overrated. What matters is skill on the job, rather being nice to coworkers. I've been backstabbed by coworkers before and it hurts. Mostly foids that are vague on when a project is due. Not communicating clearly and smiling is a big red flag when dealing with a women. They are playing with out lives and money. We come to work to make money, not to entertain foids.

I agree with you. I hate when people in authority use those words. Especially the manager that pays you a salary. They dangle those buzzwords to control me.

There is a elevated risk in attempting to do with a bluepiller/soy, since spilling out something that even slightly differentiates or against the status quo for foids will get you referred to HR, plastered on social media for harassment, and ultimately even fired.

I agree. What I hate the most is that foids don't communicate issues to you. They just report straight to the authority figure or human resources. They never try to make contact on an issue. They play the silent game, and make you guess what you did wrong. I especially hate women like these that have such innocent faces, but act so rotten in the core.
