You can just take a shield and spam the flail

but the most effective part of the flail is the end tail of there flail and if I wing it without proper cordination and movement the flail will probably swing around and hit the back of the opponent. flail also requires huge cardio which can easily tire you out. opponent can seize this opportunity to inflict more damage on you while you take a beak to relax after swiningin flail and getting tired
