I switched to tea this past week. It's not bad so far although I miss the caffeine shot in the mornings.

I like coffee. I drink tea when I'm sick though but otherwise 4-5 cups of joe a day. I drink decaf though because I get anxious and in worst case get panic attacks from the caffeine.
I drink both multiple times every day, helps me stay up late so I can shitpost here.
Why not both?

Coffee. Tea rarely gives you more of a caffeine buzz plus it's worse for you. A lot of tea leaves are apparently polluted with heavy metals.
Green tea tbh. It has plenty of caffeine. I'm switching too it when I start my diet.
