The truth is, females have never liked unattractive men for who they are. If they did, they only like them for the finnancial support they gave them under a patriarchal system. Now that patriarchy is over in the west, women don't have to use ugly men for their money as often.

Females will only like you if you are the genetic elite. If you are above average height and have a good looking face, and show no genetic deformities, females will actually treat you pretty well.
