tbh when I tried exposure maxing to treat social anxiety, I pin pointed my fears. My number one fear was to get really popular on the internet as a meme, where millions of people know me for doing something embarassing. And because of that kids will come up to me on the street, teenagers will shout at me to harass me. That was my biggest fear that related to social anxiety.

But a month ago I finally accepted that it is over and now I don't even care about that anymore. Sure, being a real life meme would suck, but at this point I don't even care that much. My life is shit now, my life will be shit in the future no matter what. I have pretty much nothing to lose.
