i have never heard of such a case over a creepshot. it just seems extremely unlikely for that to even happen in the first place. though, i could be wrong, but the risk just doesn't seem that high and getting caught in the first place can be prevented if you're careful enough

yeah that's how i would go about it, either pretend the camera is flipped and it's a selfie or just pretend to swipe on my phone. it's especially easy to do this from behind. just make sure no one is close enough to see ur phone screen properly.

Still, "reasonable community standards" is incredibly vague and can/ will used by the judge. That is the deal with vague laws, they only gets enforced based on the judges moral beliefs, big chance the judge has feminist beliefs and would give the harshest punishment they could give.
