I have winged scapula. Once when I went to a physical therapist for a shoulder problem she even remarked, "wow your back is really weird, there is something wrong with your upperback" Lmfao not even kidding. Fucking over :feelsrope:

My 4 year old nephew has that. It's pretty severe too.

It's over if you have:
-winged scapula
-pectus excavatum
-lumbar lordosis

I’m at 25% bf. Is there any way that I can check for this? Also what are the disadvantages?

another brutal shit, every part of my body is below average.

i might have this and why is it so bad anyway? it's usually covered up

fucked up posture can lead to many difficulties, especially if you're into athletics it can cause injury. my physical therapist thought my shoulder problem was related to my scapula winging. it's not painful in rest per se when you dont exercise, unless it's compressing some nerve

If you exercise your back it won't be noticeable do pull ups for example

I do. I do pullups, band stretching + advanced planche training (which requires to protract scapula). It's gotten progressively better, but still very noticeable.
