If you're a lifelong NEET like me a lot of suffering will happen UNLESS you take the ghost pill.
What is the ghost pill? You are the ghost in your family and as invisible as possible.
I never pick up the phone. I only call back if it is mom.
I don't have contact to anyone.
I have nobody on Whatsapp.
I never go to gatherings.
I'm not an influence to cousins etc....
It's almost like I don't exist and that is actually perfect. Don't become the loser member of your family. Become the invisible, unapproachable member.
If nobody can talk to you, nobody can look down on you. The ghost pill is perfect, but it requires a lot of emotional strength and you need to learn how to accept loneliness.
