nowadays most soycucks have more feminine fat proportions than the average women

Masculine fat proportions are well balanced, masculine fat men dont have excessively love handles or mantits
 
My personal experience gymcelling and caloriecountcelling goes against this.

If I actually stick to my calorie limits, my body goes down in bodyfat and I end up with 6 pack abs and a overall extremely lean body, if you still have fat on your chest when your at 6 pack levels of bodyfat, thats gyno, not fat. Also, the love handles go way before the abs come in.

The only hard part is actually sticking to the calorie limit.

I managed to do it once, but it changed nothing about life, so I just stopped caring and just homegymcel for something to do.
 
exactyl being fat is mostly in your shitty genes you can lose weight but maintaining a ripped body is not makable for fatcels.

You need a lot of muscle to maintain low body fat long term. Being lean and skinny means eating like a bird all the time, something very difficult in the fat west unless you're living in a bubble.

I was 250 at the end of 2018, and now I'm 220 I want to get down to 200 or even below if I can. I don't know my estrogen level or t level but as long as you burn more calories then you eat you should be good. I just hope that I'm not the type that you just described where I would have love handles and gyno because of genetics. Don't think I have gyno, and I don't think I would have a 6pack either

I think if you exercise (gym, cardio) almost daily, you can maintain your weight by just eating under 3000 calories a day. Especially if you have a physically intensive job, then you can eat even more. This is if you stay away from garbage foods.
