I'm only going to look at the country I'm living in, Canada, to explain what I'm talking about:
Here is a graph showing population, based on gender, divided into age categories, released in September 2019.
Without taking any stats class, you start to notice something obvious: There are literally more men than women in almost every age group that we are a part of.
Let's take a look at the 18 to 24 years category, since most of this forum is around that age.
There are 1,760,000 men and 1,620,000 women between the ages of 18 to 24.
Even if women only dated men within their age group and every person was coupled, there would still be over 140,000 single men through no fault of their own.
Now take into account that a lot of women in that age group:
Will date men older than 24
Will choose to sleep around rather than date.
Some men will be able to sleep with more than one woman
And it becomes very obvious why you notice that there a surprising amount of single men with long dry spells, and almost no single women. Why Tinder and other dating sites are a sausage fest. Factor everything else about looks and status, and the number of single men in that age group is likely to be half a million.
In order for every man to be able to have sex, 1 in 13 women have to be willing to sleep or partner with two completely unique men.
There literally are more men than women, and that trend continues until Age 44 before it starts reversing. What that means is that dating is a zero-sum game. Women will have no problems remaining partnered for most of their lives, but most men will cycle between long periods of being in a relationship and long periods of being single. For every man that's successful with more than one woman, that's one other man that's likely left out of the dating pool.
Even if the looks and heightpill isn't true (and it is true), there is no answer to this.
And this is Canada, where we supposedly still have a decently balanced gender ratio. Imagine places like China or India, who have predominantly more men than women.
