Tbqh is hard to know because I've only seen the pictures of a couple of users and like 90% of the pics I saw mog me (And I don't consider myself a truecel, just a regular incel). Also, the pics I saw could not really be of the people who showed me them, though they didn't have much incentive to lie about that.
I think the closest to a confirmed truecel I ever saw here was @Emergency Manual (RIP, brother). He suffered from a terrible and extremely repulsive skin condition and he roped which is further indicative that he was indeed a truecel.

Maybe, i don't know much about autism, I just assosiate with lack of self awarness or caring about social conventions i guess. I'm exactly the same. I always over think everything and doubt myself.
