women got the right to vote in switzerland in 1971. they mostly vote like men, and of course they vote in favour of equality (can’t blame them tbh, because there arguably was some inequality) but this is one of those occasions where i think they got swayed by emotional arguments adressing empathy, instead of thinking it through
