What roastie are you talking about? The foster mom or the "troubled" teenage girls she was caring for? Sweden and most Western European countries have very high standards for foster parents. It's impossible to become a foster parent in Sweden without having a very good reputation. Although there is a tiny possibility that these girls are just orphans without any family to care for them, it's much more likely that they were removed from their family because of criminal or anti-social behavior and placed in a foster home run by a woman who has experience working with troubled or mentally ill teens.

They're most likely anything but innocent angels incapable of making up false accusations or misbehavior. Maybe they tried to provoke him into doing something mildly sexual to them just to spite the foster mom. There is no way to know for sure, but assuming that these girls are telling the truth is or did nothing wrong is cucked.
