https://www.expressen.se/debatt/lagstifta-mot-de-skadliga-sexrobotarna/ (article in Swedish, naturally)
Basically some Swedish feminists are calling for legal action against sex robots, which is an industry I can see being some serious money if our theories are to be believed. One of the authors is a member of the Swedish Women's lobby (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swedish_Women's_Lobby), one is a member of ROKS. a support organization for women, and the last two are members of Unizon, a women's shelter company.
They claim that there is likely evidence that usage of porn leads to "sexist attitudes and even actual violence towards women" and demand research into sex robots to find if there is a similar link. (But why would you go rape women if you have a realistic doll, just saying.)
They call legal action but really don't go into specifics. They at least say they want to make difficult the founding of brothels using these robots.
It is illegal to buy sex in Sweden (from humans, I suppose). The law that forbade the purchase of sex was heavily lobbied by, you guessed it, feminists and women's right activists. I do not personally know how this law is carried out in practice.
