I have a surgery consult coming up soon, yes I have a deformity but it sucks how some people have to change their natural face to be accepted.

If someone got several surgeries that made them more attractive would you consider them fakecel? Or would you say that they’re never truly ascended even though they can now attract

I had surgery for my nose and had EXTREME chornic pain for 4 years before i got a working medication, I have stacks of paracetamol packets.

I would not reccomend surgery.

I personally wouldn’t say fakecel, I’ve been thinking of doing surgeries too but I’m also an autist manlet so it’s still over. If someone is NT though I’d say moneymaxx and get the surgeries, in my opinion they’d still be incel until they can afford it.
