Most surgeries have limited applications! Which means, it can make a ugly nose look better, but surgeires almost never can give you a combo of good features to make you attractive for foids.

Maybe you can ascend if you have one thing or two limiting your looks, but if that is the case, you're a top tier normie, most men who are considered non attractive have a combo of plain features, and if you go for multiple surgeries, most of the times it ends in a disaster.
