it really does save you yeah. I used to help my dad with physical shit outside, like making wood and clearing forest area and shit, and deroofing houses. Also my family used to burn coal for heat lmao. This shit destroys your back, your lungs, your hands. I also worked for a whole total of 3 months as a nurse for elderly people with dementia and they literally know that your back is fucked in these jobs.
