I fucking HATE the air dodge in ultimate, but for the other things, smash Ultimate > smash 4
(also they have nerf kirby it's really pissing me off because it's my main)

I hate the online multiplayer in this game, Smash 4 was much more straightforward.
As for the rest, it's pretty good.

why do you hate the multiplayer ? I just hate the fact we don't have an official "for glory" (1v1) like smash 4

Melee = Brawl > Ultimate > Smash 4 > 64 imho.
Melee is the best for multiplayer, but Brawl had tons of singleplayer content.

Nothing against Smash 64 of course, but it's objectively the worst one.
