So my best friends girlfriend got some new job and was talking to my friend about it. She was talking about a dude being really ''clumsy and appeared slow in the head'' that worked there. So when she elaborated it a bit more, it turns out he's just a manlet/framelet (5'1/5'2, 50kg) and that's the only issue about him. She said he made some stupid jokes and that's why he appeared slow in the head, while objectively he was pretty funny from my perspective.
