Theres this guy at my workplace who just grabs and fondles all foid coworkers asses without any shame ,
he even grabbed the ass of his boss ( female ) while i was looking jfl .
All they ever do is giggling and play-shouting at him how wrong his behaviour is but nobody ever reports to higher ups jfl .
Its pure sexual harassment at the workplace , but since hes Chadlite he gets no repercussions , except a playful slap on the wrists jfl .

On the other hand , once i saw this low inhib subhuman 2/10 guy at my work try to grab a foids ass like Chad does ,
jfl he was shouted at for a couple minutes and threatened with violence lol .

Not wanting to work for a female boss has nothing to do with "muh sexism" and everything to do with basic logic and facts. The fact is that a physically unattractive man will never be treated fairly by a female boss. Even if she sincerely tries to be fair (and 99% of them don't even try), her hypergamous nature will inevitably take over sooner or later.
