What do you guys normally do when you feel this way.

It inevitably resurfaces after periodically and I just endure it. Look, given how subhuman we are, our minds and bodies are always going to beg for release from suffering. Its nature's way of letting us know that we are unworthy of existence (yes our bodies are a part of nature and don't belong to us because if it did, we would've overcome our deficiencies but no, our bodies are a result of ancestral evolutionary conditioning so its a part of nature). We just have to endure these gnawing feelings and try to hold on, until we absolutely can't.
