Neither, actually. People would use the onion mirror to upload illegal content without being traced, which would lead to the site being shut down, if it ever were to implement it. Many fetish websites have been taken down because of this phenomenon.

Ah I get that. But in case this forum ever vanishes - it should be spun back up as tor service - this would guarantee more freedom of expression and privacy.
