Story Subversion: Those whom use the incel community to push their own degeneracy

Within the past few months, and even the past few years, I have had this discussion in private with Serge and some others about the subverison of the forum by bad actors. I am a very big fan of free speech and letting everyone speak their mind, as long as it's legal.

I don't like to deviate much from that, but degeneracy like some of the LGBT stuff in our culture can't be allowed to seep into the forum culture. I think some have taken advantage of the free speech nature of the forum to spread degeneracy, which can definitely lead to a slippery slope. I believe the rules regarding LGBT content put in place by @Infinity are good, as we need to keep that content at bay.

As for the anti-pedophilia rules, I believe that this forum is a forum for incels, not a general free speech forum. This was a forum that was originally created for the intent of allowing incels to have conversations with few restrictions. If a person wants to talk about that stuff, I think they should probably find another place to do it. I think we've allowed too many subversive elements into our forum, which have attracted lots of fakecels too. I think it's time for a return to normalcy and a return to the original purpose of this forum, a place incels can call home.

I don't think a mass-banning is in the works (you're right, that would kill the forum ). If anything, it's probably going to be changes in how aggressive the mods are going to be with users going forward.

To what extent though? They are already aggressive with talk about minors and @Master said himself he doesn’t believe in free speech on the forum which means that anything can become potentially become a bannable offense.

Will general racism and slurs be allowed?

Will vent posts of anger and violent thoughts be allowed?

Will other such “unsavory” content be allowed? I suppose it depends on what his idea of “back to the roots” is.

A forum that would ONLY allow discussion of strictly inceldom would get stale fast.

As far as I remember, Serge did an ok job at this. He seemed to enforce rules only to make this place as enjoyable for incels to be as possible (same cant be said for mods like knajjd). He disallowed content like gayposting not because he was a nazinigger, but because it contributed to ruining similar places like r9k. Pedoposting seems to fall into the same vein so I dont see an issue with the new rule on it. Just a bit worried that new mods nazi beliefs which are unironically subversive themselves are/will seep(ing) into moderation and making this place another stormfront with a side helping of inceldom.
