I was about 165cm before the LL.
I lengthend my right femur 5cm, left leg 5.5cm
So in theory i should be 170.5cm
However i had a pelvic tilt that was 5mm that got corrected. This in turn should help eliviate my scoliosis (lordosis) of about 20 degrees.
I already noticed i am sitting much straigther than before.
However when i stand i still cant bring my legs complety together while keeping the knees straight. causing my ass to get pushed outwards (duckass)
that is common for LL and should resolve with pt after a month or 2.
When i measured myself in the evening a week ago i was 169ish.
The way i stand i am at LEAST 3cm shorter. I think overall 171.5 evening and 172-3 morning is where i will land.

In 2 years i want to do another round on femur (6cm) but before that i want to do tibias and reach at LEAST 6cm. if i can do more fine if not its ok.
I would do PMAX. with that both is much easier cause you can just walk normally and dont need a walker or crutches
