The closer the clusters are to each other, the more genetically related they are. West Africans and Southwest/Southeast Bantus as an example.

Yeah, Phenotypes are misleading as fuck. Look at Papuans and how they resemble Africans, yet is the farthest group from them (even more than Europeans).
