foids are stupid around roadways. doesn't matter if theyre pedestrians, cyclists, or driving. they're ditzy and less aware of their surroundings. less spatial awareness. foids have lower visuo-spatial intelligence. its not what they were selected for in evolution.
that said, regardless of the circumstance, lights etc, always drive more slow and cautiously when cars to your left or right are stopped or slowed down. exactly because of scenarios like this. unknown road hazards are potentially ahead and your view of them is obstructed by the stopped or slowed down vehicles.
