Contrary to the trope of "people who save themselves have better self-esteem" some push (most often the religious folk), this study shows that those who have sex at the normal age of 16 ( ) and before have much higher mental wellbeing than those who have it at 17. I can't even begin to imagine what the differences would be like if they studied older incels as well.

Age 20 was the oldest they surveyed, and even the 17 and older category was averaged and included those who did it aged 17.

Anyway, you are right, we do not need studies to prove lived experiences, but it is still good to be aware that they exist and vindicate most if not all of our positions.

My younger brother has online classes in high school (just like me for university) and he can get the days work done in 1.5-2 hours despite being average intelligence, usually school lasts for 6-7 hours here, just made me think of how much of it is just socialising.

It is even worse at uni, can get the week's work done is less than 12 hours in most cases. Most of it is just meant for socialising and partying.
