instead of wasting my time refreshing incel.co and youtube im trying to learn some online courses (via udemy and lynda)
bit i just cant focus. how can you focus on learning with such shit life and mental health.
normie when he study he knows at least when he finish he will go fuck his whore or go out with friends, what can i motivate myself with? a league game after every section?

i suppose when ill live alone ill have better focus (my family enter my room like 20 time a day) but still im moving out only in about 2 months and i want to do something with them.

Ask yourself why are you studying to begin with? If you're just doing it because you're delaying working, or doing it because you have to do it because you have to decide to do something, then you're doing it for the wrong reasons, taking on debt for some shit you'll probably never even want to use.


Im making the assumption that you have 0 interest in studying but are just doing it to get people off your back to do something with your life, that is a horrible way to study and you might as well just stop right now before you take on any more debt from it. Better off NEET until you actually find something you want to do.


But again I'm on autismbux, I never even finished high-school, so don't take my word for it

Best advice is to leave your routine. If you spend all your time at home browsing incels.co in your room, then you try to browse udemy or whatever and learn in that same room it's probably not gonna work. That situation is already associated with relaxing and wasting your time.

Go to some library or other quiet place you've never been to and study there. And leave your phone / any other distractions at home
