Did this guy have a stroke, or did his drugs kick in. I believe stroke because of full video. People have posted it, just the brain damage part and makes wrong assumptions imo

Oh yeah I’ve seen this, if it isn’t a stroke it could be a panic attack. I’ve almost lost consciousness during a panic attack before simply taking my drivers test, I imagine public speaking is even more difficult.

When my dad got a stroke, he had troubles saying the words and one side of his face became paralyzed. This looks different but im no expert.

It’s weird. Can’t be alcohol with the way it too effect. Seemed completely fine at beginning up until the last like 40 seconds.

It’s fucked tho that drugs do cause micro cerebral vascular spasms. So it comes off as the same even if you didn’t take anything.
