Planning for cosmetic surgery has been an absolute nightmare. Trying to find a surgeon (I don’t have the money) they won’t tell you the exact cost upfront so I’m going to have to just guess and I’m so stressed because my life is so shit because of my looks and I need multiple surgeries as a last hope to save myself man.

The bigger the flaws the bigger the fuck up will be. I get wanting to look better, but there isn't much you can do. You'll end up regretting how it turns out most likely.

i feel this a few years ago before i gave up i was looking for a good surgeon too for a sliding genioplasty but it made me so obsessed with it and i had no money either and its like i couldnt even be awake without focussing on it and looking at my chin for hours and how it would look after it gave me hard depression and stress all just for me not to do it cause i have no money lmao
