Strange how some people can just turn on you

An old friend of mine turned on me recently over something relatively minor.

Then again he's also turned on his whole family and some other people too. I think it's either too many years of drinking which has messed up his head or maybe this new girl he's with has brought out an ugly side of him.

Some advice I can give is be wary of people even who you think you can trust. Never completely let your guard down with other people because anyone can surprise you.
