last week I looked outside the window to check on my car. I noticed a blue light that was moving comming outside one of the windows of the apartment building at the other side of the street.
after staring a good minute I could identify that it was a white woman with dark hair (looked like dreads). she must have been moved in recently as I haven't noticed her before and her windows don't have curtains yet.
I could see her head turning and parts of her elbow and knee that was moving abruptly occasionally together with her phone light. I was a little perplexed until it finally hit me I just witnessed a foid playing with herself. it only lasted a few minutes until she stood up and walked to another room. when she came back she turned the lights on briefly and I could see all she was wearing was black panties and a bra. her proportions didn't look that great though more like a man. I haven't seen her do it again yet maybe I should order a spy glass.
