Mannequins are designed to be the ideal height society has deemed. So whenever you go into a Macy’s all of the male mannequins are always ~6’3” and the female ones are ~5’8”. I feel insane but I can’t be the only one to think they used to be far shorter a few years ago. I guess they started producing these around the same time plus size mannequins became a thing
