It's legit but nearly impossible. Unless you go the Wolfgang Priklopil route, but even that was a failure in the end. At least he got laid though.

I'd imagine so. There's a theory that prehistoric women who'd fight against their captors would get killed, and their aggressive genes would be removed from the genepool. And only women who are submissive would survive.
