Still getting acne at 26

brutal, can't you grow a beard to cover it though? I only really get acne on my chin but I can't grow a beard to cover it.

I still get acne at old age, but i began to recognize patterns, i get acne outbreaks just after eating things like Chocolate, avocados and eggs.

That's interesting because I've recently added avocados to my diet and that's when I started getting acne again.

Avocado also gives me stomach problem many times. Also, sometimes when i ate too much of it just before sleeping, i would even get awake and vomit.

Not really, the hairs feel really irritating, makes it impossible to sleep. I’d doubt it would be very full anyway.

I get it all over my face, a full beard wouldn’t even cover all of it. Plus I have a face full of scars from having acne for decades so it doesn’t matter anyway.
