My dad (non bio) was sterile from ~35 years of age, so that means he hasnt had sexual feelings for women for over 30 years now, hes almost 70. Cant be sterile and still have sexual cravings, makes no sense, so he hasnt got em-feelings. Cant fool nature. Not having sexual cravings means you´re not suffering at least

Depends on the type of sterility, if you can't get erections there's likely no lust, but if your swimmers simply don't swim them it's something different.
