Not in engineering. Engineering firms require you to have very good knowledge, skill and ability in order to make it to the managerial levels. Women are non-existent in at those levels. Haven't seen too many firms where there are women at those levels.

True, it depends. If you work at a smaller company solely focused on engineering this is the case. Most foids go onto work in large corporations (utility, industry) where technical skill doesn't matter much.

"Soft skills" is absolutely code for "be like normies." Companies are basically forcing introverted neurotypical types to be more social with different departments by having these office activities like escape room night and other shit.
