It seems to me that stealing plutonium from a underground army base is easier than getting affection from a foid. Like if you would make some "Mission Impossible" style plan you might make the former but getting affection from a void seems harder than reaching Mars for me. It just seems entirely impossible. It is something that no preparation and no planning can ever get you.
