I'm going to write a letter to congress on behalf of incels and I need help.

First, I think there is a good chance we can get a W. The United States already had slavery once so it won't be hard to get it again, old habits die hard is the expression I believe.

I am governmentally illiterate. I believe the letter goes to congress, but I'm not sure; perhaps a letter to Mr. Joe Biden would more effective and his secretary would reroute it back to congress anyway? I believe if we convince the President and get him on our side, we will have auction blocks by the end of the fiscal year. This would be a huge win for Mr. Biden's presidency and would improve his odds of re-election.

The content of our letter needs some flair; I've chosen an inspirational tone to convey a message of hope. It would start with the words "I have a dream". This should convey the seriousness of the issue with the powerful remembrance of Mr. MLK Jr. and the anticipation of a brighter future.
