You can keep eating the exact same amount basically while working out to gain muscle and lose fat while keeping the weight constant

I cant starvemax cause my mouth gets really dry and i start to stink after a while eating helps my mouth stay refreshed and warm drymouth sucks :fuk:
 
all of my life i havent really liked food which is why im so underweight
I like food but still can't afford the good ones due to which I remained underweight as compared to my peers my whole life
 
This sounds like classic skinny fat physique, I was also a skinny fatcel when I first started lifting.
No gym in my town, I dont have a car. No motivation to workout regurarly. I already feel "good" enough in my skin. I have a 100 lbs barbell that I use sometimes, and I do pushups, leg raises every other day that's about it.
 
The height is brutal.
I would say you could do dryfast for rapid weight loss; I lost like 20 lbs in 9 days. I think there is a process in which dry fasting makes it easier for fat cells to die, not just shrink, so while I did gain weight back, it was over 20 lbs more than peak weight even with no exercise, no fasting, and a horrible diet.
I started doing a daily OMAD dry fast; so far I lost like 30 lbs within a few months; I weigh less than I was like 12-13. Unironically, weight is easier with liquid restriction, like drinking 500 ml is like 1.1 lbs and can add up every day. Removed it for a day or week; the weight loss speed is massive that someday my lowest weight after not eating until afternoon is still more than my weight just before I sleep; I overall experience a net weight loss.
