I remember watching it when I was younger and figured why not. I then came across a clip of "Handsome Doofenshmirtz" and while it is over exaggerated it still has quite some truth to it. In fact Doofenshmirtz is kind of like us in a way. He had a hard time growing up, nobody likes him, most of his inators aren't even that evil and he is just making them to live a better life. Then Perry the platypus comes along and destroys them making his suffering continue.
In this clip it shows (in an exaggerated manner) how much easier life is when you aren't ugly. People are a lot more nice to him now and he even gains the confidence to run for mayor.
While Doofenshmirtz himself isn't really an incel he faces a lot of problems that we face and this clip really shows how different people will treat you when you look good (in an exaggerated manner but still) and yet in the show he is still framed as the bad guy dispite that some of his inventions aren't really even that evil and only make his life a bit easier
