im not gonna eat for 7 days and after day 7 it will be meat only.

i used to not eat for 5 days at a time, eat on weekends. it works to lose weight, the pounds just come off. but i ended up gaining most of it back during covid

Sounds pretty good, I do 20:4 fast
 
I want to try this, but my parents will notice i'm not eating so it can't work after 2-3 days of straight fasting.

i pigged out on fast food. in hindsight, it was definitely not good for my body but i was young back then.

i've tried all kinds of diets and lost weight with every one of them but imo, the only way to keep the weight off for me was a regular calorie reduction + gymcel.

i eat only ready to eat meat from lidl aint no nigga got time to cook, then just fast all day
