This is what I mean when I say being blackpilled very early in your life is a blessing. At 13 your body is still very maleable and will react to the changes you make in your life easily. If I knew this at 13 I would be running 2 km everyday. We need to make sprinting a mandatory physical training course in highschool asap to save several youngcels from the fate of manletism.

If you are a youngcel manlet start sprinting from tomorrow asap. Maybe your bones will still grow.

My parents failed me twice - first by giving birth to me and then by not bothering to help me looksmax when I still had a bit of a chance. I don't know to what extent sprinting really does help, but even if it doesn't, at least monitoring your hormone (HGH, testosterone) levels could be useful.
 
Sprinting and the exercise required to be an effective one gives you a good physique. So even if the study is overstated, there’s not much wrong with having a sprinter’s physique.

Ever noticed that all those body builders never do anything to increase their lung capacity? Running is hard and most people would rather lift weights than do cardio.

Bodybuilder physiques are unattractive to foids period. Swimmers and Track Athletes have the best physiques. Soccer players too I guess.

i rotted all of my childhood. I could have been at least 5'8 but I ruined my own life because I rotted instead of being active.It's over time to ropemaxx.
