This is what I mean when I say being blackpilled very early in your life is a blessing. At 13 your body is still very maleable and will react to the changes you make in your life easily. If I knew this at 13 I would be running 2 km everyday. We need to make sprinting a mandatory physical training course in highschool asap to save several youngcels from the fate of manletism.
