My awareness is as high as it can possibly get without merging with the divine source. No amount of extra meditation or mindfulness will help increase it; that's like exercise at this point. How do you know when you're there? The biggest indicator is that you can communicate with anyone on their level (doesn't need to be technical, as that's simply a matter of incomplete knowledge).
