Don't waste your money in this crap I feel ripped off. The animation is beautiful and smooth but the story is a mess which never really takes off plus all the woke stuff ruin it. Also it ends with a cliffhanger so we won't know the true ending until a few years. In 2019 I went watching Spiderverse 1 to the cinema and loved it, thought this would be the same but nope.

I personally thought it would be way more woke, but it was tolerable. I'm surprised they made Miles Morales draw Gwen like some kind of stalker, that seemed extremely incel to do to a protagonist, but they did it anyway, and although it was cringe it was 10/10 relatable

The movie is not 100% bad but I found it much worse than the first part. I gave Spiderverse 1 an 8/10 while Spiderverse 2 I give it a 6/10. The first part had better pace and plot (it worked as a standalone movie) while this one feels more like a super long movie split in two parts which sucks. Sums it up well:

No way kek it's better than the Andrew Garfield movies and the first two of Tom Holland but that's it. Even Spiderman 3 which is silly and over the top is better.
