Surgerymaxxing to be able to look at myself in the mirror without cringing would be good tbh but at this stage of my life i don't think it will bring me happiness or pussy. Its just dead investment for ugly men. You have to either focus on your career or rope.

i kinda know even after i get surgery that i still wont get even a 4/10 low tier becky who has done nothing in her life to improve her looks other than exist and wear makeup.

they dont care, they get thousands of appointments from subhumans wanting to ascend. just follow some rhinplasty surgeons page and youll see loads of people who look like shit ascending after their surgery
